These services ARE:

• Operations, systems, and automation design and implementation

• Strategic planning and business consulting

• Ghostwriting and content support

These services are NOT:

• Legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice

• A guarantee of any specific business, revenue, or growth outcome

• A substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial professional

You agree to use the Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Site or booking services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent.

3. Engagement and Client Responsibilities

Before or during an engagement, you may be asked to:

Complete an intake or diagnostic form about your business

Sign a services agreement outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables

Provide access credentials or permissions to the platforms and accounts involved in the work

Supply the content, materials, and timely feedback needed to complete the work

You are responsible for:

The accuracy of the information and materials you provide

Maintaining your own backups and records of your accounts and data

The business decisions you make based on our work

You have the right to:

Pause or end an engagement in accordance with your services agreement

Revoke access to your accounts and systems at any time

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, templates, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies – is the property of Ground Work / TBD Story Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Work product: Upon full payment for an engagement, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as the systems, automations, and written content built to your specification). Ground Work retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies, and may reuse them across its work.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or services

• Access or attempt to access any data not intended for you

• Use bots, scraping tools, or other automated means to access the Site

• Behave abusively toward Ground Work or its representatives

• Violation of these terms may result in termination of services in accordance with the payment and termination terms below.

6. Payment Terms

Purchases and Payments:

• Payment terms for each engagement (including deposits, milestone payments, or retainers) are set out in your services agreement

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, cash, check

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice; pricing on active engagements is honored per your agreement

Discovery and Consultation Calls:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may forfeit any fee paid to hold the time.

Project and Retainer Work:

• Refunds are governed by your individual services agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable, and work already performed is billable, unless your agreement states otherwise.

7. Disclaimers

The information on this Site and in our services is provided "as is," for educational and business-development purposes only. Ground Work makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of content

• Any specific business, revenue, or growth outcome

• Suitability for your individual circumstances

Nothing on the Site or in our services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our work, and we are not liable for actions taken based on information provided on the Site or during an engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In turn, you agree to keep Ground Work's proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies confidential.

12. Testimonials and Marketing Use

If you have signed a Testimonial Agreement:

• You grant permission for Ground Work to use your feedback, story, and likeness in marketing materials

• Testimonial content becomes the property of Ground Work once permission is granted

• You may request removal of testimonial content, but Ground Work is not obligated to comply if the content is already widely distributed

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site or services at any time, without notice or liability, for reasons including:

• Violation of this Agreement

• Abusive conduct

• Safety concerns

• Non-payment

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable services agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
