You got into this to do the work – not to spend your days running the business. I help with that.

I find what’s getting in the way, then help create the systems and processes that give you back your time and focus.

By working together, you'll achieve the clarity and mental space to run your business with ease – so you can do the work you're here to do!

For years I thought my broad experience was a weakness.

I had it backwards.

It taught me to see how all the parts of a business fit together:

  • the systems,

  • what your customers are feeling,

  • and how you work best.

I notice the patterns most people miss, so I catch the thing that's quietly costing you the most.

A client recently told me about a prospect who'd slipped through the cracks – a guy who said yes on a Saturday night.

The client offered to send a payment link in the morning, and hasn't heard from him since. He couldn't figure out why the guy went cold.

I could.

The client had said yes with his guard down, and leaving him overnight with that yes and nothing to act on let the fear move back in.

That's why taking the deposit in the moment of yes is a service to the client, not a pushy move.

So I removed all of the technical friction from the process – the deposit is begun the second someone says yes, with a few simple taps on my client's phone, set to whichever program is a fit.

That's the work: I find what's really going on, and help you develop and build around what's true.

Why does running my business feel so hard?

  • "I'm drowning."

  • "I'm exhausted."

  • "Everything depends on me."

  • "I'm working all the time but I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere."

  • "I didn't start this business to spend my days doing admin."

  • "I know there has to be a better way, but I don't know where to start."

  • "I didn't start this business to spend my days doing admin."

  • "I know there has to be a better way, but I don't know where to start."

I don't feel like myself.

  • "I hold space for everyone else. No one holds space for me."

  • "I'm exhausted — and it's not the kind of tired that sleep fixes."

  • "I give transformation for a living. I don't know how to access it for myself."

  • "I'm 'on' all the time. I don't know how to turn it off."

  • "I've done the work. This feels like something the work can't reach."

  • "Something's off. I can feel it, but I can't name it."

Something feels off.

  • I can't relax.

  • I don't remember what calm feels like.

  • I can't let go.

  • I haven't cried since it happened.

  • I feel numb.

  • I'm not in my body.

  • Something's just not right, but I can't name it.
